As key contacts in the practice, Managers work collaboratively across the Firm, driving intellectual leadership, client relationships, team development, and internal growth. The role predominantly focuses on competition-related projects, with opportunities to work across the firm's different practice areas to foster development and maintain the firm’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the firm delivers rigorous insight and remains at the forefront of its areas of expertise. Deploy resources effectively (self, colleagues, and external collaborators) to deliver robust work. Collaborate with clients to influence project scope and ensure analysis is resilient to challenge. Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality, insightful, and timely advice. Exhibit strong project management, communication, and client-handling skills. Support career development, well-being, and mentoring of team members. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the comapany’s growth. Understand client needs and pursue profitable opportunities in alignment with company values. Take leadership roles within projects and uphold high standards of client and project management. Inspire, motivate, and support the development of colleagues and oneself.



Act as a role model and fulfill responsibilities in mentoring and career development processes. Promote company's values through sound financial management, internal collaboration, and fun, engaging workplace initiatives. Own and communicate firm policies and processes clearly. Essential Requirements Evident proficiency and experience in competition-related project work. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, backed by a track record of supporting others and thriving in collaborative environments. Proficiency in thought leadership, as well as strong capabilities in client and project management. Excellent communication skills; both verbally andin writing, able to adapt to different audiences/styles. Great organisational skills – able to organise a varied workload, prioritise effectively and keep stakeholders updated as appropriate. Good relationship building skills – keen to get to know people from across the Firm, attend meetings and occasionally travel to other offices. Spanish (required). Desirable Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish (C1/C2 level). Prior economic consulting experience in competition economics. Competition Economics: 1 year experience (required). Qualifications A degree (or higher) in economics or a highly quantitative discipline. Capability to communicate complex economic concepts in non-technical language.
