- Asset Maintenanceto play a key role in our European SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. In this position, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, local sites, and project teams to design, improve, and deploy best-in-class maintenance processes across multiple countries.

What will you do?Drive Process ExcellenceOwn and support Asset Maintenance business processes within our SAP S/4HANA transformation programPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutionsEnsure alignment between local business needs and integral process standardsContribute to process design, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiativesSupport SAP S/4HANA DeploymentsParticipate in workshops, fit-gap discussions, testing activities, and go-live preparationsSupport data migration, validation, and process readiness activitiesHelp ensure successful adoption of standardized maintenance processes across sitesCollaborate with global and local teams throughout the project lifecycleEnable Change & User AdoptionAct as a trusted advisor to key users and business stakeholdersSupport training, knowledge sharing, and user enablement activitiesCreate and maintain process documentation, best practices, and training materialsHelp drive change management and continuous improvement initiativesTravel

Requirements:
Minimum 30% travel within Europe (in general every month for on-site workshops or project deployments typically not exceeding 1 week).
