At McCann, we are looking for a motivated Human Resources Operations Intern who is eager to learn and develop professionally. You will support the Talent team and help ensure that the department’s operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in an organized manner.

What will you do?

- Document Management: Prepare, edit, review, and register documents related to Human Resources processes.
- Workday and Internal Processes: Support process tracking, update information, and help ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Employee Support: Assist with administrative issues, coordinating with other departments and international teams.
- International Coordination: Help resolve issues related to access permissions, user accounts, and information migrations.
- Onboarding: Prepare and distribute IT equipment to new joiners and provide support on their first day.

What are we looking for?

No previous experience is required. However, we are looking for someone who is:

- Extremely organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Proactive, committed, and eager to learn and contribute.
- Careful and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
- Service-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and interested in learning new systems.

Essential requirements

- Ability to sign a university internship agreement for a period of six months.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to grow in a dynamic and creative environment.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Monthly scholarship: €400 gross.
