This role combinesHR business partnering with hands‑on operational HR, offering the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle while closely cooperating withGroup HR .
What will you be responsible for?Partner with managers on key people, organisational and employee-related topics.
Manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee changes to performance management and offboarding.
Support employee relations, performance, development and organisational matters.
Ensure compliance withSpanish labour legislation, internal policies and Group standards.
Coordinate payroll inputs and changes, review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure the correct application of salary components, working time, absences, leave and overtime.
Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding together with managers and Talent Acquisition.
Coordinate performance management,



development and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR indicators.
Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR systems, digitalisation and process improvements.
Support the implementation ofMSM Group HR standards and Group-wide HR initiatives .
What are we looking for?Previous experience inoperational HR / HR administration, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong practical knowledge ofSpanish labour law and HR processes .
Strongpayroll knowledge, including salary components, contributions, deductions, absences and payroll variables.
Experience with HR systems, reporting and process-driven HR activities.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented approach.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
