About The Role
About the position Tomorrow University is a state-recognized private university of applied sciences focused on future-oriented education for professionals. We have built a strong inbound engine that already brings the majority of our students to us. Our next chapter is to deliberately build a second growth engine: outbound new business, strategic partnerships, and community ecosystems that help us reach professionals who would thrive at Tomorrow University but have not discovered us yet. We are now looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of the entire sales function across both inbound and outbound. This is a succession role: our current Head of Sales is moving into a new mandate, and we are looking for the person who will take over the function and shape its next phase of growth. The role is deliberately designed as build, prove, then scale . In the first months, you will work hands-on: opening new channels, building partnerships, and personally converting prospective students. Once the engine and playbook are proven, you will build and lead the team that scales them. Role roadmap Your first quarter will be deliberately hands-on Research, prioritise, and open partner ecosystems across DACH, including professional communities, coaching networks, employer L&D; programmes, and career-transition networks. Personally lead consultative admissions conversations with prospective students from these new channels and carry an initial personal enrolment target. Turn what works into a repeatable playbook covering messaging, conversion tactics, partnership formats,
and objection handling. Work closely with the current Head of Sales to ensure a structured, step-by-step handover of the leadership role. From there, you will take full ownership of the function Lead our existing inbound admissions team alongside the outbound engine you build. Hire, onboard, and coach a growing sales team. Drive enrolment performance across both inbound and outbound channels. Run structured review cycles with the founder to decide which channels to scale, optimise, or stop. In steady state, the role will be approximately 60% New Business and 40% Leadership . What we're looking for A strong track record in education, EdTech, higher education, or high-ticket professional programmes. Demonstrated success in opening new markets or channels from scratch, combined with a strong personal closing record. A genuine player-coach: someone who is happy to sell hands-on during the build phase and who has also successfully built and led sales teams. A structured, hypothesis-driven operator who knows how to test, measure, iterate, scale, or stop. Native-level German and fluent English. Ideally you are based in the DACH region. The role is fully remote. Nice to have: experience with employer L&D;, corporate benefits, or coaching networks, as well as proficiency in HubSpot and Notion. ✨
