? Experience: 6–10 years

- ITSM Process Assessment & IT Governance
- IT Operating Model & Platform Delivery
- ServiceNow Workflows & Service Catalogue Management
- Release, Incident, Problem & Demand Management
- Governance Charters, RACI Matrices & KPI Scorecards
- Shared Services, Vendor Management & Agile Delivery
? Preferred Certifications: ITIL v3/v4, SAFe (CSM/POPM), TBM/Apptio, or Lean Six Sigma. ? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.
Candidates with experience in general enterprises, IT operating model transformation, or management consulting are encouraged to apply.
