The Role As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won't just advise on the future of Life Sciences — you’ll be building it. You help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by cutting‑edge technology, AI and data.

What You'll Do
Project Leadership : Act as the lead for small‑scale projects, managing end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑quality customer solutions. Team Management : Lead project teams of 2‑3 consultants and develop your people‑leadership skills in a project setting. Business Development : Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements. Strategic Problem Solving : Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software and AI insights. Subject Matter Expertise : Support multiple projects across Commercial BC while developing deep expertise in 1‑2 specific functional areas. Requirements 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred). Proven expertise in two or three of the following areas: Go‑to‑Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy,



Segmentation and targeting. Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Nice to Have Knowledge of Veeva products. Experience delivering Saa S or tech‑enabled consulting solutions. Perks & Benefits Compensation : Highly competitive salary and equity in Veeva.
