At iPronics, pioneers in software-defined photonics and creators of the world’s first programmable optical switch on silicon, we’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to strengthen our general operations and manufacturing ecosystem — ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability as we bring our cutting-edge technology to market.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of operations — from supplier partnerships to process optimization and quality assurance.

Your mission: ensure flawless execution as we scale our photonic systems from prototype to production.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and long-term planning to ensure efficient production, supply chain, and logistics execution.

- Supplier &
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

- Process Development &

- Execution: Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support yield, reliability, and scalability.

- Quality &

- Reliability: Drive excellence through DfM, FMEA, SPC, and yield management methodologies, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

What We’re Looking For

Education &

- Experience:

- 5 years of experience in semiconductor, photonics, or hardware manufacturing operations.

- Proven success in supplier management, yield improvement, and production execution in a fabless model.

- Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments, with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Technical Expertise





- Strong understanding of semiconductor/photonics manufacturing flows and hardware systems.

- Proficiency in DfM, FMEA, RCA, SPC, MES, and yield management methodologies.

- Solid track record managing manufacturing partners and ensuring operational excellence across continents.

Soft Skills

- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
