About Farvero

Farvero is a Barcelona performance marketing agency for consumer brands and startups in Spain and the DACH region. We run paid acquisition on Google Ads and Meta and build the measurement behind it: tracking, live dashboards and testing. That way our clients see exactly what every euro of ad spend earns. We're profit-first: we optimise for revenue, bookings and qualified leads, not clicks and impressions.

We're a small, senior team. The founder spent 8 years in performance marketing at European scale-ups, managing multi-million-euro budgets in travel, food delivery and marketplaces. Small means you work next to the founder from day one, on live accounts with real budgets, and you see the impact of your work in the numbers every week. Current clients include a UK personal-tax app and a Mexican chemicals e-commerce business.

Where you'll work

At La Fábrica &Co;, a coworking and talent hub in Poblenou's 22@ tech district, 5 minutes from the beach. Day to day that means a proper desk and ergonomic chairs, phone booths and meeting rooms, plus:

- a rooftop terrace with a bar for lunch breaks and sunsets
- a gym and swimming pool
- regular community events: networking nights with speakers, workshops, after-work drinks and yoga
- an international community of founders, researchers and postgraduate students

What you'll do

Your scope grows step by step:

- Months 1–2: prepare weekly performance reports, build Looker Studio dashboards that connect ads, analytics and sales data, and monitor campaigns daily
- Months 3–4: optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) and set up Meta Ads under review; design and run your first A/B tests
- From month 5: run a small account day to day, prepare client presentations and co-present the results





What you'll learn

How a performance agency actually works: campaign structure, bidding, tracking, reporting that drives decisions, and clean experiments. Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. You get a structured training plan, a weekly 1:1 with the founder, and Google Ads and GA4 certifications during work hours.

What we're looking for

- You study marketing, business, communication, economics or analytics at a university in Barcelona, or a CFGS in Marketing and Advertising
- Fluent Spanish and good English (B2 ). German is a plus: some of our clients work in German
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers, and curious about why results change
- Organised and reliable, and you write clearly
- Bonus: Google Ads or Meta certification, Looker Studio or GA4, any hands-on ad experience

The details

- 20 hours/week in fixed blocks around your classes (e.g. Monday–Thursday mornings)
- On-site at La Fábrica &Co;, Poblenou
- 720€ gross/month
- 12 months, start as soon as possible

How we hire: a short call with the founder, then a 60-minute practical exercise at the office on real (anonymised) campaign data. No trick questions.
