We are partnering with an innovative, high-growth FinTech business in Madrid that is looking for a technically strong Product Manager with experience across AI, Machine Learning and data-driven software products.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, Engineering and AI/ML, helping shape and scale sophisticated technology solutions used by major financial institutions.
What we're looking for:
- Strong Product Management experience within FinTech, Financial Services, SaaS or RegTech.
- Experience working with AI / ML-driven products, data-intensive platforms or intelligent automation.
- A solid technical understanding, with the ability to collaborate closely with Software Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Experience translating complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical product solutions.
- Exposure to real-time data processing, predictive analytics, fraud detection or financial crime technology would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, product roadmap ownership and delivery experience.
