We are looking for a Senior Design & Product Strategist who bridges UX Design, Product Strategy and Product Management. This position combines strategic, conceptual and h[LC1] ands-on UX capabilities. You will work end-to-end across discovery and delivery: from understanding markets, strategic challenges of our clients, users and stakeholders to shaping product visions, roadmaps, feature sets and the UX and UI that bring them to life .
A key part of your work will be designing digital, AI-native products and services
- experiences powered by AI agents, copilots, automation and generative systems. You bring experience in AI-driven UX, prompt-led interactions, adaptive interfaces and the conceptual design of intelligent workflows. The scope covers both, market-products addressing commercial customers as user groups as well as enterprise solutions addressing internal stakeholders and users of our clients. G., Replit, Lovable) to rapidly prototype concepts, validate hypotheses and accelerate product delivery.
