YoBrands, part of The Rank Group, is seeking a Payments and Fraud Analyst to join the Customer Operations team in Ceuta. You will analyse customers’ accounts to detect fraudulent behaviour and help minimise fraud trends through regular checks, including payments processing.
Work with the Fraud & Risk teams to resolve escalations, monitor KYC, deposits and withdrawals, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining compliance with gambling regulations.
