Location:
Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece. Work Model:Remote Language:Norwegian – C1/C2 level English:B2–C1, depending on the project Compensation: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project Relocation Package:4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee Working Schedule:Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.




Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
Handle complaints and escalation complex cases when needed.
Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
