Role Overview

At the heart of our Air Freight business in Spain, the Air Freight Pricing & Solutions Coordinator turns customer and network requirements into competitive and profitable transportation solutions. Working closely with Sales, Air Freight Operations and our airline partners, the role delivers accurate and timely quotations, optimizes proposed solutions, and actively contributes to converting new business opportunities into successful operations.
Prepare and manage competitive and profitable air freight quotations for customers and the Network.
Monitor market trends, airline rates and pricing opportunities to maintain commercial competitiveness.
Negotiate and maintain competitive rates with airlines and approved suppliers.
Support customer reviews and commercial presentations by providing relevant pricing and solution expertise.




Maintain pricing data, reports and performance dashboards , monitor KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
A strong understanding of the Air Freight industry, including airline pricing, quotation management, tenders, Incoterms and international transport regulations.
A commercial mindset and strong customer focus, with the ability to turn customer needs into competitive and profitable solutions.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with confidence working with data to support pricing decisions.
Fluent Spanish and professional English; French or Italian language will be considered a plus.
