Position: Medical Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training Type: Contract Compensation: $120/hour Location: Remote Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19 Commitment: 21 hours/week Role Responsibilities Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic professional tasks in medicine . Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Spain . Evaluate and improve AI agents by providing structured feedback on task performance. Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure alignment with Spanish clinical guidelines . Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model training .



Qualifications Must-Have 5 years of clinical practice. Native or fluent in Spanish . Degree from a top-20 university in Spain . Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado), familiar with SNS protocols and Spanish clinical guidelines .
