as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a similar role. ~ Strong experience in

requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation

. ~ Ability to translate

business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process specifications

. ~ Experience analysing and documenting

business processes, workflows, and system interactions

. ~ Experience working closely with

business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and project managers

. ~ Good understanding of

Agile methodologies

and experience working in cross-functional teams. ~ Experience with tools such as

Jira, Confluence, or similar requirements/project management tools

. ~ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Ability to work in an

international environment

. ~ Good/fluent English

, both written and spoken. ~ Gather, analyse, and document

business and functional requirements

. ~ Work closely with stakeholders to understand

business needs, processes, and pain points

. ~ Translate business requirements into

functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

. ~ Analyse and map

AS-IS and TO-BE business processes

and identify opportunities for improvement. ~ Act as a bridge between

business stakeholders and technical teams

~ Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions with different stakeholders. ~ Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented. ~ Support

testing activities, UAT, solution validation, and defect analysis

. ~ Ensure alignment between business expectations, functional requirements, and delivered solutions. ~ Contribute to project documentation and support stakeholders throughout the

project lifecycle

. ~ Identify potential gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities related to business requirements. ~ Support the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
