We're looking for an ambitious, highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of key products within our AI-native clinical development platform. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Scientific teams, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, why we build it, and how we deliver meaningful value to our customers. You'll operate in an AI-first, agentic product development environment, leveraging tools like Claude Code to accelerate product discovery, specification, development, and delivery. Own the complete product lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and iteration. Take full accountability for product quality, delivery timelines, and overall success. Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to make informed product decisions. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Scientific, and Product Owner teams to drive successful product delivery. Ensure features and initiatives are delivered on time, to the expected quality standards, and in line with the original product vision.



Proactively identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and keep development moving forward. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from users, internal stakeholders, and commercial teams. Develop a strong understanding of clinical development workflows and the challenges facing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Monitor product performance and continuously refine the user experience. AI-Driven Product Development Utilize tools such as Claude Code to support feature specifications, prototyping, development collaboration, and execution. Champion an AI-first approach to building, scaling, and delivering software products. Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex software products from concept through launch. ~ Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of making data-driven product decisions. ~ Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and agile delivery processes. ~ Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in AI-native SaaS, enterprise software, or complex B2B technology platforms. Hands-on experience with Claude Code, AI agents, or AI-assisted software development.



Familiarity with clinical development processes, clinical trials, or pharmaceutical R&D; workflows. Experience scaling products within venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies. Technical background or demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with software engineering and data science teams. Execution Excellence: You consistently translate ideas into high-quality features and measurable product improvements. Cross-Functional Impact: You build strong relationships across Engineering, Design, Data, Scientific, and Commercial teams to keep initiatives moving. Build Category-Defining Technology: Help develop an AI-native platform transforming a general, multibillion-dollar clinical development industry. Work at the Forefront of AI: Build products using AI-native development methodologies and next-generation tools. Cross-Functional Exposure: Work alongside talented teams across Engineering, Data, AI, Scientific, and Commercial functions. Contribute to technology designed to reduce clinical trial complexity, accelerate drug development, and ultimately help new therapies reach patients faster.
