We are currently working with a outstanding brand in Dubai and looking for an experienced Senior Waiter that comes from a luxury/Michelin hospitality background. Someone who is highly professional, approachable, bubbly and is full of good energy.

The role:

Ensure that all our customers and guests receive high standards of service to have an exceptional experience.Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining areas.Follow standard opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth service throughout.Comply to the company’s established hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards.Attend to customer complaints in a professional manner and seeking assistance when needed.Assist in maintaining sufficient stock,



ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and as per company standards.

Qualification & Skills:

Must have a High School Certification, Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.Good command in spoken and written English.Is guest and service orientatedHas excellent leadership, organizational and multitasking skill, with strong attention to detail.Positive and service-oriented attitudeAbility to handle a high-volume service environmentStrong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
