This role requires 2 days per week in the office and is based in Madrid. Be part of our transformative journey in HR technology, where your contributions will shape our data-driven future. You’ll join our Finance Systems team as the product owner for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – one of the business’s most critical and, today, most pain-heavy processes. Lead change management.

Experience:

5+ years in Systems/Technical/Business Product Management, Finance Systems, or ERP implementation, with hands-on ownership of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or broader finance systems. ERP/finance systems knowledge:

working knowledge of ERP or finance systems (e.g. Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, Oracle) and how they integrate with upstream/downstream processes. Stakeholder management:

a track record of partnering with senior Finance/Procurement stakeholders, challenging constructively,



and driving alignment on priorities and trade-offs. Change management:

experience leading organizational change through a platform or process transformation.
