You are creative, motivated and have strong change management, engagement, training and organizational skills. Proficient in Office365, you can support our PMO, Project Managers and Leaders to drive successful adoption of our tools, platforms and services. You enjoy collaborating with Primos across Tech & Data and Bacardi.

Support PMO, Project Managers, Tech Leadership Team, and stakeholders in documenting impacted audiences, key changes, and adoption requirements.

Collaborate with Project Managers to develop change plans and coordinate readiness, engagement, and adoption activities across the Tech Portfolio.

Guide project teams in completing change management deliverables and project governance requirements.

Create engaging, audience-appropriate content, learning materials, and success stories that support awareness, understanding, and adoption of Tech & Data initiatives.

Maintain content across Tech & Data engagement channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage, ensuring content remains relevant, accessible, and aligned with broader communication plans.

Partner with the Corporate Communications team and stakeholders to identify and amplify Tech & Data initiatives, milestones,



and success stories through appropriate channels and campaigns.

Support the delivery of projects and initiatives in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Heritage teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and self-service resources.

Experience using SharePoint, intranet, and employee engagement tools to support awareness, learning, and adoption

Stakeholder collaboration skills within a general, matrixed organisation

Content planning and organisational skills

Experience supporting programme or portfolio communications in a Tech or transformation environment

Project coordination and delivery skills, with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
