You will join a small team of Senior Recruiters working on strategic Tech & Digital positions in highly competitive markets, helping leading companies secure top-tier talent.
We’re currently looking for a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Understanding Needs : Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
Finding Top Talent : Proactively sourcing, selecting, and qualifying the best candidates through our Database, LinkedIn,



job boards, and networking.
Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to successful onboarding.
Developing a high-quality professional network and staying ahead of market trends.
Market mapping, cold calling, online/on-site meeting, participating to market events…)
At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency or Consulting Company
Good command of English
