& roleA high-growth multinational digital healthcare business is currently seeking two Legal Counsel to join its General Privacy & Digital Regulations team. The company connects over 24 million patients with 280,000 doctors across 13 countries.
Role OverviewReporting directly into senior members of the legal team, the roles support the organization’s privacy, AI governance, and digital regulatory compliance programmes across multiple international markets. One role focuses on digital regulations and emerging legislative frameworks; the other supports product and engineering teams on privacy and compliance matters.
ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on privacy, AI governance and digital regulatory matters for the organization.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical business advice for product, engineering and operational stakeholders.
Support the rollout of a new privacy management platform and contribute to compliance transformation projects.




Work with cross‑functional teams to shape how regulatory requirements are implemented across the organization.
QualificationsQualified lawyer with at least 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in private practice or in‑house, ideally in technology or digital health.
Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters, with an interest in digital regulations and emerging technologies.
Strong ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical, scalable compliance solutions.
Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages considered advantageous.
Benefits & CompensationFor guidance purposes only and dependent on experience and location, the provisional budget has been set around €55,000 – €65,000 base salary plus equity.
