About the Company

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Spain and support both local and group-level financial operations.

About the Role
The role involves full-cycle bookkeeping for two Spanish legal entities, payroll processing, and support for day-to-day administrative operations.
ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle bookkeeping for two Spanish legal entitiesPreparation and submission of Spanish tax declarations (IVA, IS, IRPF — modelos 303, 390, 200 and others)Monthly bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable managementCoordination with external auditors and gestoría as neededMonthly payroll processing in compliance with Spanish labour law and Seguridad Social requirementsPreparation of nóminas, TC1/TC2 reports, and related submissionsManagement of employee expense reports and reimbursementsSupport day-to-day administrative operations of the Spanish entitiesContract management, invoice processing, and vendor communicationsLiaison with local authorities, banks, notaries, and service providersAssist with legal, compliance,



and regulatory documentation as neededAssist the Group Finance Director with intercompany reconciliations and reportingSupport consolidation of financial data across group entities in multiple jurisdictionsAd-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by group managementQualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or international environmentSolid knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC), tax regulations, and Seguridad Social obligationsHands-on experience with Spanish payroll processing (nóminas)Proficiency in accounting software (e.

salary:
