Indirect Procurement

Act as the link between Procurement and internal departments, understanding their needs Collect, analyze, and prioritize procurement requirements for indirect goods and services Ensure alignment between business needs, budget constraints, and internal policies Lead tendering and sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for indirect goods and services Ensure objective and unbiased decision-making, based on clear criteria (total cost, quality, service, risk) Negotiate commercial and contractual terms Collaborate with Legal on the review of contracts Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers through structured and professional processes Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks (financial, operational, reputational) Develop and execute category management strategies for indirect procurement Analyze spend, market dynamics, and optimization opportunities by category Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies,



and process improvements Actively contribute to the company’s financial and strategic objectives Artificial intelligence
