As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:Understanding Needs : Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
Finding Top Talent : Proactively sourcing, selecting, and qualifying the best candidates through our Database, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Owning the Process : Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to successful onboarding.
Building Strong Connections : Developing a high-quality professional network and staying ahead of market trends.
Hitting Targets : Setting ambitious hiring goals and achieving them with the right strategies, tools, and resources.




If you are into sales, you could also be :Creating Opporunities : Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, online/on-site meeting, participating to market events…)Closing Deals : Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.

Your profile
We’re seeking candidates with the following

qualifications:
At least2 years of experiencein a Recruitment Agency or Consulting CompanyStrong mastery ofsourcing processes, including market mapping and proactive candidate identificationGood command of EnglishAresults-oriented mindsetwith a focus on achieving goals.
Enthusiasm, ambition, and astrong motivationto grow and succeed.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
