These newly created field‑based roles offer high autonomy, strong earnings potential, and the opportunity to shape regional growth strategies.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building key accounts, and expanding market share for a leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms and lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute regional sales strategies for AWP / MEWP products.
Achieve and exceed annual sales and market‑share targets.
Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, including equipment rental companies, construction contractors, and industrial end users.
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships with high satisfaction levels.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Work closely with After‑Sales and Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Represent the business at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
Conduct regular customer visits and territory travel.
