About the Role
As a Swedish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence. During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you'll get hands‐on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap. You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment. Responsibilities
* Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates for roles abroad
* Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles
* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability




* Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
* Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
* Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
* Fluent in Swedish (native or near‐native level) and proficient in English
* Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred)
* Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment
* Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media)
* Self‐driven, organised, and able to work independently
* Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad
* Paid onboarding period (first 3 months) – learn, grow, and earn while training
* Uncapped commission after the initial period – your effort defines your income
