About The Company
Our client is looking for driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to contribute to the expansion and success of their Sales organisation.
Present the solution to relevant stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
Define quarterly OKRs together with the Sales Development Manager.
Collaborate closely with Sales Executives in a continuous feedback loop.
Proactively propose ideas, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process and accelerate growth.
Strong command of English for internal communication.
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
24,000€ base salary + 10,000€ annual bonus (performance-based)
