We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Online Order Management to join our team at PHILIPP PLEIN in Madrid Las Rozas
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stockroom organisation and stock control.
- Receive and process deliveries and stock transfers.
- Pick, pack and prepare online orders for shipment.
- Coordinate shipments and collections with courier companies.
- Manage returns and exchanges.
- Support the sales team with stock replenishment and daily operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain high operational standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock management or e-commerce, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
