As a Team Leader WEDA, your mission is to drive continuous improvement, product optimization, and cost reduction across the WEDA Pumps portfolio while ensuring robust engineering standards and product compliance. You will report to the R&D; Pumps Manager.

Your day-to-day

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

- Prioritize and coordinate product care and improvement activities.

- Drive product quality, reliability, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Support technical decision-making and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

- Work closely with global stakeholders to deliver business and customer value.

Your Skills And Experience

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

- 5 years of experience in product development, product care, or engineering design.

- Experience in hydraulic products, pumps, fluid handling systems, or similar industrial equipment.

- Previous experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Zaragoza, PowerTec Innovation Center in Zaragoza, Spain.
