Use external market insights and data-driven metrics to guide leadership decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years HR experience with senior-executive HRBP experience. Experience in Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation contexts is preferred. General experience in complex matrix organizations and a track record of organizational design and change initiatives.
Excellent business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making. Previous experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare, life sciences) is valued.
