The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing staff to provide efficient Payroll services for employees based in different countries across Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland). Manages payroll team of 8 payroll experts Optimizes internal and external company processes as they relate to Payroll Coaches the Payroll Team in resolving complex Payroll processing and employee Payroll issues Provides Payroll reporting and payments are compliant and aligned with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and regulations Serves as supplier relationship manager for vendors, overseeing all interactions, including performance, processes, contractual agreements, and payments Acting as the Payroll workstream lead in cross-functional projects Maintain strong partnerships with key functions, particularly HR Services,



including Benefits and Compensation, Labor Relations, General Mobility, Legal, Finance, and other functional support areas Knowledge of relevant laws governing Payroll (e.g., tax, withholding and wage garnishment) in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland. Multi-country payroll manager experience across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark. Knowledge of relevant software (MS Office) with good working knowledge in Excel and Word 5 years of proven Payroll Management experience in an international environment ~ Language
