We're hiring a Company Secretary & Entity Manager to own that work end to end across the RemotePass group, reporting to the Head of Finance. You'll work with Legal, Finance, and Operations, manage local counsel and service providers, and keep leadership updated on progress and risks. Run entity setup in new markets from scoping through incorporation, licensing, tax and social security registrations, bank account opening, and a clean handover to operations Manage statutory filings, licence renewals, director and shareholder changes, POAs, UBO registers,



and registered office requirements so every entity stays in good standing Select and manage local counsel and corporate service providers across jurisdictions, and keep them on time and on budget Support wider legal work. Help with insurance renewals, NDAs, vendor agreements, banking documentation, and legal operations improvements as needed 4+ years of hands-on experience in entity management, company secretarial, or corporate legal work, ideally at an EOR or payroll provider, a corporate service provider, or a multinational group ~ Strong project management skills, with experience juggling multiple entities, providers, and deadlines at once ~ A law degree or equivalent legal qualification is strongly preferred ~ Fluent in English Own a business-critical function end to end, working closely with senior leadership We reached profitability in 2025 and just raised a $17.4M Series B led by EBRD, with 500 Global joining.
