Inside Sales/ Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) Join our Spanish team – either on‐site/hybrid in Barcelona or Madrid, or flexibly remote from within Spain. Your Responsibilities
* Identify target clients and prospect organizations within defined industries
* Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to engage key decision‐makers
* Qualify leads based on business needs, security maturity, and buying readiness (ideally following MEDDICC)
* Schedule meetings by booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
* Communicate cybersecurity value in a clear and compelling way to early‐stage prospects
* Maintain CRM accuracy Your Experience
* Strong communication with confident objection handling and clear messaging in both Spanish and English language (C1)
* Discovery & active listening to uncover needs and qualify prospects effectively
* Cold‐calling resilience with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) with disciplined pipeline and activity management




* Meeting generation through consistent outbound prospecting and structured follow‐up
* Sales mindset: competitive, results‐driven, team‐oriented, with basic MEDDICC understanding Salary Band €28,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary (full‐time), plus up to 20% variable compensation. Benefits
