Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive to join our Sales team and have an immediate impact on our exponential growth by selling into the Italian market. If you are hard-working, driven, ambitious, and want to bring your previous sales success to the next level, we'd love to chat with you. We're looking for candidates fluent in both Italian and English. While this role is fully remote, employees must be located in Spain.
Open and develop the Italian market from the ground up.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
Act as the voice of the Italian market internally,



sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
3+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations, or related industry.
~ Native or fluent Italian (written and spoken)
~ Fluent English (company working language)
~ SaaS sales experience in the Italian market
~ General technical proficiency with software.
~ Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
~ Proven experience closing deals and managing a full sales cycle
