* Be thefirst point of contact for new business prospectsand determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
* Build and promote strong, long-lastingcustomer relationshipsby partnering with them and understanding their needs
* Helpachieve sales targetsby successfully managing the sales cycle
* Maintain a self-starter attitude while creatingoutreach strategiesfor new lead-generation methods
* Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market researchto identify new leads
* Collaborate andsupport senior sales teams on outbound strategiesand innovative lead-generating ideas Requirements




* Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English
* At least 2 years experience as a sales representative or BDR, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Previous experience and knowledge in performance marketing

* Driven, ambitious, and fast learner
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound approaches every day
* Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
* Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
* Knowledge of CRM systems. Ex. Hubspot
* Great multitasker and time management skills
