Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple European locations and business areas.
Source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
Provide market insights,



talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues to support business growth across Europe.
Contribute to process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment best practices.
2+ years’ recruitment experience within an agency environment.
~ Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management.
~ Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday and AI platforms like Copilot
~ English and Spanish speaking
