, we are supporting one of our clients, a multinational company within the industrial sector, in the search for a

Flexible Packaging R&D; Specialist

. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in

R&D;, innovation, and the development of flexible packaging solutions

, combining strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset and an international perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for

driving the innovation and technical development of new packaging solutions

, from the early stages of design and material selection through to industrialization and market launch. Key Responsibilities

Lead

R&D; and innovation projects in flexible packaging

, coordinating developments through to industrialization. Drive the development of new packaging solutions, with a strong focus on

materials, processes, sustainability, and innovation

. Coordinate technical teams and projects in an

international, multi-site environment

. Work cross-functionally with

Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Sustainability

to accelerate the development and launch of new solutions. Collaborate directly with

customers, suppliers, machinery manufacturers, technology centers,



and other external partners

. Identify emerging technologies, materials, and market trends that could be incorporated into the innovation pipeline. What Are We Looking For?

At least 6

years of experience

in the packaging industry, preferably in

versátil packaging

, or in closely related industrial sectors. University degree in

Chemistry, Materials Science, Packaging, Engineering

, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of

materials and manufacturing processes

related to flexible packaging. Proven experience managing projects from

technical development through to industrialization

. Experience managing

international and/or multi-site projects

. Ability to interact effectively with customers and combine

technical expertise with a strong business orientation

. Fluency in English and Spanish

. French will be considered a strong asset. We are looking for a professional with
