ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution and closing of digital transformation projects from start to finishDefine, together with the client and the different stakeholders, the scope, objectives, planning, deliverables and success criteria of the projectManage the scope, schedule, budget, technological and human resources, ensuring compliance with the commitments madeCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration between functional, technical and business profilesIdentify, evaluate and manage risks, dependencies and incidents, defining mitigation and contingency plans when necessaryCarry out continuous monitoring of the project through indicators, status reports and government meetings, clearly and proactively communicating progress to all parties involvedManage the relationship with the customer, ensuring smooth communication, the alignment of expectations and a high level of satisfactionPromote decision-making, proposing solutions and strategies to achieve the objectives of the projectEnsure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, budget and project governance policiesPromote continuous improvement through the application of project management methodologies, tools and good practicesParticipate, when necessary,
