We're hiring a Product Manager
- Customer Success, Onboarding & Project Delivery. We are Closius, a full cycle AI sales platform with growing market and product line. We are based in Miami but present in Spain, LATAM and Brazil. In this role you would:
• Lead new clients through onboarding and get them to first real value
• Own account health, adoption and retention
• Keep project delivery on track and visible to stakeholders
• Turn customer feedback into clear product requirements You bring:
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Product Management, Account Management or similar
• B2B, customer-facing ownership, ideally SaaS or tech
• Strong English; Spanish for our clients
