The restaurant industry moves fast, but many restaurants still lose time and money managing their payments. We help restaurants across Spain get paid better and understand their business, with a payments platform that integrates natively with the main POS systems on the market. Since day one, we’ve built a platform that already serves hundreds of restaurant clients in Spain. We’re a focused, driven, direct team that wants to build the go-to brand in restaurant payments. You’ll work in tandem with our Creative Lead, developing all brand and communication initiatives together, and you’ll report directly to the CEO, aligning on strategy, investment and business goals. Lead honei’s marketing strategy:

design and execute the 12-month plan, prioritize channels based on where the business is, and define and track KPIs. You’ll own the department’s budget: forecast, investment and performance. Manage and scale paid channel:

lead the agency currently running our campaigns, set the strategic direction, approve creatives and copy, decide the budget per channel, and open new channels when the moment calls for it. Organic content and lead magnets:





direct the industry content strategy and the LinkedIn presence for the brand and the founders, defining what gets published, why and for whom. Align with product and sales:

work with product to inform positioning, pricing and launches, and with sales to improve lead quality and volume and the demo-to-activation conversion. Build and scale the team:

define the marketing hiring plan based on business growth and build a structure that combines in-house and external resources. Previous experience in hospitality, foodtech or an adjacent sector serving restaurants. ~5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a fast‑growing SaaS or fintech startups. ~ Fluent Spanish and English. ~ Advanced use of AI tools applied to marketing workflows.
