# Lead the financial workstream of M&A;, acquisitions,

# Coordinate and manage financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, CAPEX, and financial risks.

# Coordinate with Big 4 firms, investment banks, legal advisors, tax advisors, and other external consultants.
# Support transaction negotiations, purchase price analysis, acquisition financing, and post-acquisition value creation.

Valuations & Investment Analysis
# Lead valuation analyses for companies, projects, concessions, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
# Apply DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, project valuation, and other relevant methodologies.
# Assess enterprise value, equity value, transaction value, IRR, NPV, and investment returns.
# Provide independent financial recommendations to the CEO, CFO, shareholders, and senior management.
