is working with a fast-growing AI technology company with over 50 million users, where people chat, talk and create images and video with AI characters, that is seeking to onboard a Trust & Safety Product Manager to join their team. This is a new, high-impact role to own safety and compliance on a very large consumer product. The company's products include adult content, so candidates must be fully comfortable working with this material. Location: RemoteB2B contract Own and deliver safety and compliance features on the product, working directly with engineers Drive the product roadmap for AI moderation, age checks and red teaming Make and own safety and regulatory trade-offs, balancing user safety, compliance and product impact Work closely with the CTO,
Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead Review reports that may include disturbing or illegal content Strong safety and regulatory judgement, able to give concrete examples of trade-offs made and their impact~ Solid technical understanding of safety systems, including thresholds, false positives and human review~ Full comfort working with explicit adult content, and willing to review disturbing or illegal reports
