We are currently conducting the search for a General Manager for one of its new luxury hospitality projects in Southern Spain, developed in partnership with a renowned international hotel brand. Responsibilities

Lead all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting,



and operational setup Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long-term profitability Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with brand values and service excellence Oversee all departments: Rooms, F&B;, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering Ensure compliance with brand xiphteb standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals Establish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives, and local stakeholders Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results Benefits
