Industrialization Project Manager
with strong expertise in
engines and mechanical components
to join our international projects. What Will You Do?
Manage complex industrial projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Production, Manufacturing and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project. Support and supervise manufacturing and industrialization activities related to gearbox production, identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor project progress and identify potential risks, defining and implementing appropriate mitigation actions. Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with technical specifications and quality requirements. Manage product and manufacturing process changes throughout the project lifecycle, assessing their impact on project objectives. Monitor and manage technical and production-related issues, coordinating the relevant stakeholders to minimize their impact on project execution. Work closely with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Support the launch and improvement of production lines and manufacturing processes related to transmission components. Requirements:
English: fluent. 5+ years of experience
in the automotive industry Strong experience with
Gearbox / Transmission systems Experience in
Manufacturing & Industrialization Proven
Industrial Project Management
experience Experience coordinating
cross-functional teams and suppliers Degree in
Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering Knowledge of Powertrain systems is highly valued Why Join Us?
