Proficiency in technical report writing. Experience managing contracts with multiple prime-contractors operating simultaneously within one project. Experience in the overall construction management of concrete pavements, pre-engineered metal buildings and building refurbishment. Experience in the overall project control within infrastructure projects: Cost, Scope and Schedule. Experience in communication between project owner, customer and national authorities. Knowledge of onsite quality assurance control mechanisms. The incumbent should be familiar with data interpretation from topographic surveys and geotechnical in situ testing. The incumbent should be familiar with Spanish Construction codes and regulations, with Spanish Health & Safety regulations, as well as with Spanish Infrastructure commissioning and handover process.
