Monitoring and improving key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health Supporting new market launches and adapting crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements Partnering with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments ~ A track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes ~ A data-driven mindset and to comfortable using tools like Excel or SQL ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ~ An interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems (products, infrastructure, regulatory landscape)
