People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Support Consultant – Fashion eCommerce (Finnish) to join their team in Málaga.

The Finnish-speaking Customer Support Consultant will support customers of a leading fashion retailer across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.

Critical Requirements

- Native level of Finnish
- Fluen English
- Fashion-oriented
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling financial and customer information
- Available to start ASAP

- Up to 3000€ in bonus
- Relocation payment €500 reimbursed after month 1
