I am looking for a German-speaking Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, advising businesses on digital advertising strategies, and supporting customer onboarding. The role involves developing advertising solutions, optimizing campaign performance, increasing client investment, and building long-term business relationships within the German market.

Requirements:C2-level German proficiency and strong written and spoken English.

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience;

Masters degree in Marketing or Communications is an advantage.

Preferably 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.

Strong understanding of German business culture and the digital marketing landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation,



and relationship-building skills.

Experience with digital advertising, PPC campaigns, CRM systems, and AI tools.

Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

.Offer:€30,000 gross annual compensation (€26,000 base salary + €4,000 performance bonus), with additional earning potential through performance accelerators.
