HIRING: Business Development Representative

Languages: German and English

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Work Model: Full-time, Onsite (39 hours/week)

I am looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive new business acquisition and generate sales opportunities in the digital advertising and AI solutions sector.

Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting outbound prospecting and cold calls, qualifying leads, presenting tailored advertising solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The role also involves maintaining CRM records, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements:C1-level German and B2-level English proficiency.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.

Experience in lead qualification, pre-sales, outbound sales, and cold calling.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising.





Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives.

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools and managing client databases

.Understanding of AI platforms and advertising technology is an advantage.

Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year

On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year (completely uncapped)
